Account Ownership Your account belongs to you. We cannot freeze, transfer or close it without written notice and 14 days to respond.

Transaction Transparency Every deposit, withdrawal and gameplay transaction is logged in your account history with timestamp and amount.

Withdrawals to DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. You can only withdraw to the payment method you used to deposit.

Report the error to support with screenshots of your transaction history. We audit your account within 48 hours. If an error is confirmed, we correct your balance immediately and notify you in writing.

You can update your email, phone and address anytime in account settings. Account name and ID cannot be changed. To delete your account, contact support. We process deletion within 30 days and retain data only as required by law.
